CPAT Testing
Documents you will need to complete your application:

Copy of your birth certificate / proof of U.S. citizenship

Copy of high school diploma/GED. Certified transcripts or post secondary documents accepted

Copy of your valid driver license

Copy of your social security card

Copy of your DD214 Honorable Discharge (only military personnel if applicable)

Attach and submit with application (this can be done anytime by signing in with your reference number (PIN) you received when application was submitted
