DUTIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to weed eating, mowing, watering, planting and pruning of flowers, painting, emptying of trash, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
|
Basic knowledge of small maintenance equipment and ability to operate equipment in proper manner. Must be able to commute to and from work and be at least 16 years old. Must have ability to communicate well with co-workers and general public.
