All dry cleaning facilities within EEPA jurisdiction must maintain a Certificate of Operation (permit).
Facilities that use Perchloroethylene are also subject to the requirements in 40 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 63 Subpart M. This federal regulation is extremely extensive and we suggest you contact our agency if you need assistance with permitting or compliance issues.
