Application Information

New employment vacancies are published on a weekly basis.

       See "Vacancy Announcements" link under page header.

All applicants must complete a City of Evansville Application to be considered for employment.

Testing (depending on position applied for) may be required during the interviewing process.

Applications are normally accepted during the following hours:

       Monday through Friday
       8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Return completed application to the address listed at the top of the application by position closing date.

The application/hiring process for civilian positions with the Evansville Police Department may take up to six months to fill the position.

Applications only accepted for positions currently posted.
