1.  Footing Inspection:              Call before pouring concrete.

2.  Foundation Inspection:         Foundation, Insulation, Vents, Crawlspace grading, Anchor Bolt & Sump pit installed.

3.  Framing Inspection:             Including roofing & window installed.

4.  Insulation Inspection:           Before any drywalling – After HVAC, Electric & Plumbing Rough-In inspections.

5.  Final Inspection:                  Including grading (minimum 6” slope in the first 10’ from the foundation).
