In order to be placed on the vendors list for the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County, a Vendor must register on the City of Evansville/Vanderburgh County Purchasing Department Vendor Self Service (VSS). While registering on this site Vendors will have the opportunity to select commodity codes that best represent their products or services provided. When a need for your products or services arises, we will send you a bid packet or price quotation form.
After being placed on the Bidders List, failure to respond to any Invitations to Bids, Requests for Proposals or Requests for Quotations will be understood by the City of Evansville and Vanderburgh County to indicate a lack of interest and will result in the removal of the vendor from the Bidders List for the item(s) concerned.
