Below are key milestones in Renew Evansville's Development.

This is the largest capital program in Evansville's history.  

• May 2040 - Construction is completed 
• Fall 2016 - Construction is expected to begin 
• February 2016 - The amended consent decree was filed in federal court by the DOJ for the negotiated final IOCP 
• June 2015 - Clear Path is launched 
• June 2014 - The EPA rejects the plan, providing nine objections for the City and Utility to address
• May 2013 - Evansville submits its recommended IOCP, outlining a 28-year, $540 million plan 
• November 2012 - Evansville is granted a six-month extension on its IOCP deadline 
• June 2011 - Federal district court approves the November 2010 consent decree
• November 2010 - The consent decree is signed by all parties
