Fire Department Special Request Form: Community Event

Are you hosting a community or neighborhood association event, would like an educational presentation, or are interested in scheduling a Fire Station tour?

As part of our commitment to the citizens of Evansville we are happy to assist as long the Fire Department has no previous commitments or training scheduled during that time frame.

The Evansville Fire Department receives hundreds of requests annually. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate them all.

All requests should be made at least 30 days in advance. If you would like to submit a request, please fill out the questionnaire. Be as specific as possible in your request. It will be reviewed and you will be notified by return email within 10 business days.

All filled requests will be assigned as “IN SERVICE” details…which means if the apparatus gets an emergency call, they will have to respond. Unfortunately, if they are on an emergency run prior to your event time, they may not be able to appear. The Captain and Chief on duty will determine if they will be able to attend.

The Evansville Fire Department is unable to accommodate Birthday Parties at Fire Stations and “Grand Opening” events for private businesses.
