PUBLIC NOTICE

The Water and Sewer Utility Board will meet in Executive Session in Room 318 of the Civic Center Administration Building, 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN, on Monday, October 15, 2018, at 1:00 p.m.

The Board will meet for discussion of pending litigation under I.C. §5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (2) (B) and the purchase of real property under I.C. §5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (2) (D).
