Newly Acquired Industrial Supply Company Plans Expansion in Evansville
Imperial Fastener and Industrial Supply, a division of Haggard & Stocking Company, announced plans today to expand operations in Evansville. Currently located on Bergdolt Road, the industrial supplier will invest $1.5 million to construct a new 23,700 square-foot warehouse and office space at 4814 Spring Street.
“With so many cities competing for economic development opportunities, it speaks well of our city that Imperial Fastener & Industrial Supply has chosen to stay and expand here, in Evansville,” said Mayor Lloyd Winnecke. “Through its affiliation with Haggard & Stocking, the company’s quality products will be distributed across the country and around the globe.”
With construction scheduled to begin later this month, the company’s growth plan includes the addition of seven new jobs over the next two years.
In 2016, Haggard & Stocking acquired Evansville-based Imperial Fastener and Industrial Supply. Operating now as Imperial Fastener and Industrial Supply, a division of Haggard & Stocking, the company is a customer-oriented distribution business offering high quality fastening products and industrial supplies, servicing the production, maintenance, and construction industries.
At the request of the Growth Alliance for Greater Evansville, the City of Evansville at its meeting tonight will consider a 6-year tax phase-in on Imperial Fastener and Industrial Supply, a division of Haggard & Stocking Company’s real property investment of approximately $1.5 million.
