The City of Evansville Department of Metropolitan Development is seeking bids for home repairs at 1010 Bellemeade Ave. Sealed bids will be  accepted at the officed of the Dept. of Metropolitan Development, Room 306, 1 NW MLK Jr. Blvd., Evansville, IN 47708, until 3:00 PM CST on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked "AHTF Home Repair Program - 1010 Bellemeade".
