The City of Evansville Department of Metropolitan Development is requesting bids for residential home repair projects located in Evansville, funded through the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the bid packet and must be sealed in an envelope clearly marked with the project's address. Bids must be submitted in person at the Department of Metropolitan Development offices located in the Civic Center at 1 NW MLK Jr. Blvd., Room 306, Evansville, IN 47708.
