Design Review Committee
Before making any improvements to the outside of a structure that lies within the Arts District Redevelopment Area, you must submit a Design Review Application Form (2025)
The Design Review Committee follows the Arts District Design Guidelines and Design Approval Application Process
In addition, the Evansville Public Art Commission oversees the City’s public art collection. Proposed public art projects must be approved by the Public Art Commission. Public art includes, but is not limited to, sculptures, memorials, murals, statues, and public art components of streetscapes located on public property.
