Forwarding your desk phone

To Forward calls:

Call forwarding can ONLY be done from the desk phone itself.

Because of the various model phones we have deployed, these instructions are somewhat generic.

  1. Press the “ForwardAll” or “CFwdALL” softkey.

  2. Then enter the phone number calls will be forwarded to.  You MUST enter this number exactly as you would dial it from your desk phone.  This means you must use 91 before the area code and number. 

    Note - When entering the target phone number you will get a dial tone after entering the 91.  That dial tone will continue until you complete entering the number.

  3. To verify that your calls are forwarded, look for the “Forward All” icon in the line label and the forwarding information in the header.

To end Forwarding:

  1. Press the “ForwardAll” or “CFwdALL” softkey.

Voice mail:

If you forward your desk phone, unanswered calls will leave voice mail on the target (home) phone and not on the enterprise voice mail system.

To check enterprise voice mail remotely:

  1. Call the voice mail system - (812) 435-6200
  2. Enter *ext#, where ext is your 4 digit extension.
  3. Enter your pin, followed by #.
