Vanderburgh County MUNIS Users:

The Munis upgrade to version 2019.1 will occur on September 9-10, 2021.  

Vanderburgh County Mandatory MUNIS TCM Upgrade to V 2019.3.12 for 2020:

Vanderburgh County will be performing a mandatory Tyler Content Manager upgrade to  V2019.3.12 to the LIVE environment on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Attached documentation in MUNIS will be unavailable until re-indexing after the upgrade is complete. We hope to have the documentation available later that day.

The TCM upgrade was completed by Tyler at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. All TCM attachments are available at this time in MUNIS.  Please report any issues to the Auditor's Office.

Vanderburgh County MUNIS Upgrade to V11.3 Completed for 2019:

Vanderburgh County upgraded to MUNIS V11.3 to the LIVE environment on Friday, March 15, 2019. Please contact Bookkeeping or Erika Miller to report any issues.  See documentation below on using MUNIS V11.3.

Munis Upgrade to V11.3 Documentation:

  • Tyler Dashboard upgraded to V6.3
  • Tyler Content Manager (TCM) upgraded to V 2017.2.4.2

If you have a new user that needs to be set up in MUNIS, please complete this form and return back to Erika Miller or Sam Garau in the Auditor's Office. If you have a new fund that needs to be added to your MUNIS role, please use this form or have your Department Head send an email to or with the request.

If you have an issue with MUNIS, please let someone in the Auditor's Office know so that it can be researched. Any server issues will be reported to IT (5100) and other issues will be reported to Tyler Technologies. Here is documentation on reporting any issues to Tyler:
